The Teamwork Project is the brainchild of Daniel Martin, a human factors and teamwork consultant with over 30-years of experience in a variety of industries and sectors. The purpose of the Teamwork Project is to provide a consolidated hub of information for the latest information, findings, and techniques to optimise teamwork.
The idea for this community resource came from Daniel´s experience of studying for a PhD in teamwork at ESADE Business School, where is has, and continues to select, organise and assess the usefulness and validity of the various sources of information about improving teamwork. Consequently, the information provided by this resource is based on the author´s review and analysis of various scientific articles and academic level books. However, the academic basis of this resource is ultimately guided by the potential usefulness to the day-to-day practitioner of team management i.e. from the junior team leader up to the chief executive and everyone in-between. In this sense, we aim to keep the information provided by this resource brief, evidence-based and most importantly, useful.
We hope that you find it useful and that you feel that you can recommend this resource to others that might find it useful. There are plenty of ways that you can become more involved, however, you want to start by signing up to our email updates and if you want to know more about applying the information, tips & techniques discussed here to your teams - then do not hesitate to get in touch for free consultation.
Thank you so much for being part of this community.
